I am an experienced psychotherapist and counsellor specialising in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. With over 15 years of professional clinical experience I am an expert in facilitating change to overcome behavioural and emotional difficulties. I work with a wide range of difficulties such as Addictions, Anxiety, Body Image issues, Cultural issues, Depression and Low mood, Health anxiety (HAI), Lack of motivation, Low Self-Esteem or Low Confidence, Long Covid-19, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Panic Attacks, Phobias, Physical Health Conditions, Social Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Sexuality, Social Anxiety, Sleeping difficulties, Stress, Trauma/ PTDS and Wellbeing issues.
I am an Accredited Clinical Integrative Psychotherapist, Counsellor & Cognitive Behavioural Therapist registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
I offer integrative evidence based therapy to adults tailored to individual needs. Therapy can be carried out face to face or online and booked as one off, time limited (6, 8, 12 and 24 sessions) or long term in both English and Greek. My practice is located in Central London, at the heart of Regent Street in Soho.
I embarked my career in mental health in 2006 and since then I have gained extensive experience working in different settings such as in NHS primary care improving access to psychological therapies (IAPT) , NHS secondary care for complex and enduring mental health difficulties, university counselling services, employee assistance programmes (EAP), charities, respectable private practices in Central London and online platforms.
