I am an Accredited Clinical Integrative Psychotherapist, Counsellor & Cognitive Behavioural Therapist registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
I offer integrative and evidence based therapy to adults tailored to individual needs. Therapy can be carried out face to face or online and booked as one off, time limited (6, 8, 12 and 24 sessions) or long term in both English and Greek. My practice is located in Central London, at the heart of Regent Street in Soho.

With over 15 years of experience working in different settings, including the NHS, Priory Group, university counselling services, and private companies in Central London, I've helped clients overcome their behavioural and emotional difficulties. My approach is tailored to your individual needs and can be carried out face to face or online, in English or Greek.
I have an interest working with a wide range of difficulties such as Abuse, Addictions, Anxiety, Body Image issues, Cultural issues, Depression and Low mood, Health anxiety (HAI), Lack of motivation, Low Self-Esteem or Low Confidence, Long Covid-19, Motherhood and identity, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Older Adults, Panic Attacks, Perinatal/ Postnatal, Phobias, Physical Health Conditions, Social Anxiety, Relationship Issues, Sexuality, Social Anxiety, Sleeping difficulties, Stress, Teenagers, trauma/ PTDS, Young adults and Wellbeing issues.
Over the years, I have been featured for promoting mental health and wellbeing at The Stylist, Inews, The Global Connections for Women, Travel + Leisure and many other magazines and websites. Also, my research thesis was selected by the BACP Counselling and Psychotherapy Research Conference and presented on the BACP 23rd Annual Conference. In addition, I was the main speaker on ‘Ascertaining the psychosocial needs of refugees in order to facilitate recovery and rehabilitation’ in a seminar delivered by Xenios Polis and the representation of the European Commission to Greece. Throughout my career, I have been awarded by the Chief Executive and the Trust's Chair of Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust for providing Outstanding Care as well as from Westminster MIND for upholding the quality of the service.
