I embarked my career in mental health in 2006 and gained extensive experience working in different organisations including NHS Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT), specialised NHS services, University Counselling Services, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), charities, respectable private companies in Central London and online platforms (IESO etc). Also, my experience includes designing and delivering wellbeing and recovery workshops to groups according to NICE guidelines.

Deeply  curious about the human condition, I initially studied and obtained a Bachelor and Diploma in Psychology and Counselling. Then, I made the decision to study Psychoanalysis where I was awarded with a Master’s degree. Having a strong academic background combined with vast working experience helped me inform the way I think about the complexity and potential of the human mind and the way I approach human development, relationships, spirituality and in broader terms mental health and wellbeing. After a number of years of intense clinical work I decided to build on my existing knowledge in psychology and psychoanalysis and enhance my therapeutic approach by training as an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor. I attended a 5 years professional course and obtained an accredited Master's and Advanced Diploma degree in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling. Finally, I decided to further my studies by completing a Post Graduate Advanced Diploma in High Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT ) and a certificate in Online therapy.
