Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy is a type of therapy treating emotional and mental health conditions. It is a long-term process which allows you to explore how your feelings, thoughts, personal history and current life circumstances interact with each other and are contributing to your current difficulties. It helps you understand yourself better, the choices that you make in life, relieve emotional difficulties, change destructive behavioural patterns, and make sense of such experiences. At the end of the therapy, you will have new skills to overcome your difficulties, you will feel more in control of your life and be able to live a more balanced, happier and fulfilling life.

Counselling
Counselling is a short-term process which addresses mostly the challenges that the individual is facing on a daily basis or process difficult situations such as a breakup, work stress or a big transition in your life. Together we can find new ways of managing your difficulties, understand yourself better and live a more balanced and fulfilling life. Sometimes we need a little help to improve and advance on to the next step in our lives. No matter how those steps may feel I can support you to achieve your goals and make a positive change in your life.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) How you think about a situation impacts how you feel – and how you feel impacts what you do. By changing the way we think and behave, we can change the way we feel! Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) addresses your unwanted thinking and behaviour patterns head on. It empowers you to create goals, solve problems, learn skills and develop more adaptive ways of handling hard situations.
